Eastern Missouri Legal Services, also known as Process Server St. Louis, was founded by Robert Pedroli, III. For years the firm has served subpoenas and summons, notarized documents and located hard-to-find people across the St. Louis area, and our process-serving personnel have been serving papers in the St. Louis metro for more than 25 years.
Complex, high-volume service
Attorneys send us cases with anywhere from 20 to 200 defendants spread across the country. We break them down by city, send them out through licensed and insured process servers, and put every paper and every case through a strict audit before it goes back to the attorney and the court. We have a strong track record with the major asbestos attorneys in the St. Louis metro, and because we already run high volume, we can offer lower rates that leave more money in clients' pockets.
Next door to the courthouse
Our office at 130 S. Bemiston in downtown Clayton sits one block from the St. Louis County Courthouse. We chose it for our clients' convenience: being this close helps keep filing, retrieval and service costs down.
