In the Orlando, Florida David Gould’s residence was knocked on by a process server to serve Mr. Gould papers from the court. Mr. Gould then advised the process server to leave or he was going to call the law. The process server then returned to his/her automobile and wrote down the plates of the automobile in the driveway. While writing Mr. Gould approached the process servers automobile pointing a rifle type gun at the process server. He then put his finger on the trigger and uttered “Pull out or die.” This was as the process server was attempting to back their automobile. The process server left the scene and phone police. The police showed up and Mr. Gould’s residence and were invited inside. They searched his home and found a loaded rifle near the front door.
The victim positively identified Gould as the individual who pulled a gun on her.
Gould is facing charges of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon.
This is another person who is ignorant to the laws of our great land and attempted to shoot the messenger.
