Process Server Urinates on Driveway!
This is about the funniest story I have read on process serving.
An older woman was attempting service on a man, Mitch Zarskey, in a ritzy Texas neighborhood.
Mitch said, “I was working outside and a process server asked if I was Mitch Zarskey. I assumed she was a salesperson so I said, ‘No, he’s not here.’ She left, but a couple hours later I checked my surveillance system and noticed she had parked down the street and returned on foot. She spent about 5 minutes looking through the windows, ringing the door bell and all that. I thought that was kind of odd,” Zarskey said.
I personally do not believe that Zarskey thought she was a salesperson as in his other statements he states he was familiar with process servers coming there all the time.
“I own a piece of property that I lease to an ATV facility,” he said. “Attorneys are always coming after them for injuries and stuff like that and any time they do, I get named in the suit simply because I am the property owner. But, it’s really no big deal to me because their insurance company is required to indemnify me.”
If Mitch Zarskey was not avoiding service then why did Mitch lie about his name?
Long story short, the process server found out that Mitch was lying about his name and came back and urinated on his driveway.
Process Server St. Louis does not condone any of what Mitch or the process server did. You should not lie to process servers and you should obviously not urinate on someone else’s driveway. Both parites are wrong and unethical for their actions, but huff post takes the side of the rich liar texas man.
