Arkansas Man with Crossbow served papers
A process server from Conway Arkansas was attempting service on an unidentified man located at 240 block of South Mitchell Street around 6:03 p.m. Thursday 11/7/2013. He was on the property when the man can around the house with a large crossbow and because verbally abusive and threatening. After receiving the papers the man the went on his porch and placed the papers down and violently threw a chair in the bed of his truck. When officers responded to the call the chair was placed back in the original position. The process server only wanted to server the papers, but since police responded, they ran the man for warrants and he was arrested on the spot. The man said he never threatened the man and his son had all of the crossbow arrows.
