Famed Rapper Rick Ross is being accused of dodging process servers in Miami, Florida. The suit is based out of New York Federal Court regarding an incident in London, England. Rick Ross was supposed to perform in London in 2012 at Wembly Arena. The promoters have Mr. Ross a large advance of their performance fees and costs, amounting to almost $100,000.00. The Executive Decision boss Christian Ezechie filed in New York Federal Court in October. Mr. Ezechie now claims that “despite numerous and diligent attempts” he has been “unable to locate the defendants”. Rick Ross has a touring company called Rick Ross Touring, but the address with the Secretary of State is Bogus. At Rick Ross’ residence the process server is told “they have no idea how to get a hold of Rick Ross. Process Servers have also attempted to serve him while at concerts, but the servers are, “hesitant to serve him while he is surrounded by security guards.” If Mr. Ezechie is unable to serve the defendants with papers before a hearing on 4 June , 2014, Ezechie can seek permission to notify the stars of the legal action via an alternative route, such as posting a message in a newspaper.
