Process Server Murder Wants Proceedings Delayed
The person accused of double murder of a process server and police officer is asking the courts for leave for him to get necessary surgeries.
His legal team states, “the conditions for detention (of pre-trial detainees) must not only be equal to, but superior to those permitted for prisoners serving sentences for the crimes they have committed against society.”
We will see how the court rules.
