Are Pat Riley and the Heat above the law? That is what the lawyer for Siohvaughn Funces, Dwayne Wade’s ex-wife are saying. They have attempted to serve pat Riley and the Heat at the Heat Facility. They want to talk to Riley because Riley is Wade’s direct boss. The Heat have not provided Riley for service and under Florida law that is illegal.
