Process Server attempts service on O.J. Simpson’s Miami, Florida home. I guess he missed the news. O.J. Simpson is in Nevada prison for kidnapping. They got some lawyer to give them a clip about the service of process. Carlos Reyes stated “Service of process at the property location is standard in a foreclosure action.” I guess that would be correct except when you absolutely know the defendant is not at the home or in jail. Mr. Simpson was not participating in the Florida Supreme Court mandated Residential Mortgage Foreclosure Mediation Program also due to the fact that he is in JAIL. I still don’t know why this is news.
